I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering a beautiful sea view and delicious fresh food. The facilities and pools were clean and very enjoyable, making it a perfect place to relax by the sea. However, the service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff members being super lovely and accommodating while others seemed to ignore guests.
The hotel had spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that were clean. Despite being chilly inside, they were still quite comfortable, especially compared to the hot outside temperature. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff, particularly Marko, who went above and beyond. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Tucepi promenade with its array of shops and restaurants, and the hotel's private beach bar offered reasonable prices. The dining experience was very good, with high-quality and delicious food. On the downside, some issues with unnecessary inconveniences were noted, taking a bit away from the overall experience.
The hotel rooms were always clean and tidy with friendly staff. However, the rooms were not very private without additional sofa and balcony. The high ceiling added a spacious feel.
